How do I get involved in the program?

Please follow the instructions on our site. Please refer to the following instruction manual: https://tunisiajobs.org/partner-grants.

I am unable to register on the site.

Click on this link: https://bit.ly/3jNPXvT to register. Create a profile (login and password) then save it. If the problem persists, please send an email to the following address: grants@tunisiajobs.org and explain your problem. Please attach a screenshot to your email.

I cannot access the account I created.

Make sure you are using the correct email address to sign in. If the problem persists, please reset your password and follow the instructions that will be emailed to you.

What are the benefits of this grant?

This grant program was set up to support small and medium-sized businesses impacted by COVID-19.

Eligibility

Are all regions eligible for support by the grant program?

Yes, businesses in all regions are eligible for grants, however priority will be given to interior and underserved regions.

I have a flat-rate license. Can I submit for a grant?

Companies with a license under regime real (direct tax) and regime forfaitaire (flat-rate tax) are eligible for submission.

What sectors of activity are eligible for this program?

All sectors are eligible for grants. For more details, please see the eligibility criteria here: https://tunisiajobs.org/small-grants

Can a 100% foreign-owned companies participate in the program?

No. The company must be 100% Tunisian, with 100% Tunisian capital and registered in the National Register of Companies.

Documents to Attach

I cannot reach the National Business Register to retrieve my trade register. Can I participate?

The commercial register is a mandatory document that must be attached in order to be able to submit a grant application.

By mistake, I downloaded inadequate documents then validated the section. Can I go back?

Unfortunately, you are no longer able to go back to change your information.

Is the declaration of social security necessary?

Yes. The company must be in good standing with Tunisian civil and fiscal regulations.

Is the National Agency of Environmental Protection (ANPE/Agence Nationale de Protection de L'Environnement) certificate mandatory?

It depends on your activity, please follow the instructions when filling out the application form.

In the financial information field, I do not understand what is meant by "Assets" and "Liabilities".

“Assets” and “Liabilities” are items directly linked to the day-to-day operation of the business (inventories, trade receivables, cash). In order to complete this table, please refer to your balance sheet or your company's financial statements.

My company is not on the list of polluting institutions and it does not have an environmental impact study.

Some sectors are subject to the National Agency of Environmental Protection (ANPE/Agence Nationale de Protection de L'Environnement) certification. Please attach a proof if your sector is not concerned by the environmental impact study.

The negative form used in the questions leads to confusion, and the answer can be yes or no depending on the interpretation.

Some questions are asked in the negative form. Please answer with "Yes" if you confirm and with "No" if you don't confirm the statement.
