The Government of the United States is providing grant funding through USAID Tunisia JOBS to help women-owned businesses and those that employ mostly women throughout Tunisia. One example is the partnership with the association Voix de l'Enfant Monastir (VEM) to support women in economically and socially precarious situations. JOBS provided a grant to VEM to launch a program to train and create economic opportunities for 100 women.
