In 2017, I launched Orga Consulting with a clear goal: to become the leader in entrepreneurship coaching and management consulting in the Sahel region, then throughout Tunisia. I patiently and tenaciouslyly set about offering my training and coaching services to various organizations operating in a wide range of fields, from tourism to agriculture. After three years of hard work, I was just beginning to reap the benefits of my efforts when COVID-19 struck.

Huilerie El Majd: Promoting olive oil exports

Hichem Jamoussi holds the role of production manager at Huilerie El Majd. The company was founded in 1970 and is part of the Jamoussi Group, a family-run business conglomerate located in Sfax that is made up of three companies: Huilerie El Majd, which is specialized in olive oil production with a processing capacity of 350 tons of olives per day; Texoliva, an international trading company that exports bulk olive oil, mainly to Spain and Italy; and Terroliva, which is specialized in bottling, packaging, and marketing olive oil in both domestic and international markets.

Nawara-Tex: Developing Technical Skills

Fatma Hassine is the manager of Nawara-Tex, a textile manufacturing company that specializes in the production of linens and ready-to-wear apparel for men and women, with a diverse range encompassing items such as pants, jeans, t-shirts, jackets, workwear, school uniforms, as well as backpacks and tote bags. The company is based in the city of Makthar, in the northwestern governorate of Siliana.
